All products are professionally produced using high-quality materials to ensure a timeless presentation of your images.

⏱️ Session Timing & Punctuality

Your session time is reserved exclusively for you and begins at the scheduled start time.

• The session begins at the agreed booking time, not upon arrival
• If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time
• Late arrival may result in reduced shooting time
• The full session fee remains applicable, as the time slot is reserved specifically for your booking

This policy ensures fairness for all clients and allows each session to run smoothly and on schedule.

⏱️ Additional Time

If more time is required during a session:

• Extra time is charged at €50 per 30 minutes
• This is only applied when agreed on location and subject to availability

📷 Image Selection & Delivery

After your photoshoot, you will receive a private proof gallery where you can select your final images.

The number of images selected must match your chosen package. Additional images can be purchased separately.

Final editing will begin once your selections have been made.

🎨 Editing & Retouching

All final images include professional color correction and light retouching to ensure a natural, polished result.

More advanced edits (such as composites, object removal, or face swaps) are not included and may be available as an additional service upon request.

📩 Delivery & Download

Final images are delivered via an online gallery.

Please ensure you download your images within 30 days of delivery. After this period, galleries may be archived and access cannot be guaranteed.

🔁 Changes & Requests

Any edit requests should be submitted within 7 days after gallery delivery.

Requests after this period may be subject to a €25 handling fee, as the project will need to be reopened and reprocessed from archive.

💾 File Storage & Archive Retrieval

All delivered files are securely archived after delivery.

If retrieval of your gallery, files, or images is requested after the archive period, a €35 archive retrieval fee applies.

This covers the time required to locate, restore, and re-upload your files.

Retrieval after extended periods cannot always be guaranteed depending on storage availability.

🎨 Retouching & Edits

Every image delivered from your session is carefully selected and professionally edited in my signature natural style, focusing on soft tones, true-to-life colors, and gentle skin retouching.

My approach is to keep your images authentic, timeless, and emotionally true, without heavy retouching or artificial alterations.

✨ Additional Retouching Options

For clients who wish to request more detailed or advanced editing beyond standard retouching, the following options are available upon request:

• Skin correction (including vitiligo or other complex retouching) – €20 per image
• Body adjustments (arms, legs, waist shaping) – €15 per image
• Clothing or coverage adjustments (e.g. modesty or breast area coverage) – €15 per image
• Artistic composites or creative edits – starting from €40 per image

All additional edits are optional and are quoted per image based on complexity.
